Overall great experience! Friendly staff, quite building, nice rooms. Pool was nice, unfortunately the hottub was down for repair but that happens. Good variety for breakfast and great quality coffee!
Visiting from Ontario and spent the night in Brooks (there to visit family). Very good price, great location. Probably the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. Pool area was heated, kid's loved the pool (hot tub out of order). The staff were incredibly friendly and made our stay enjoyable. Lots of selection for the free continental breakfast, I left full. I know where to stay next time!
Went to Heritage Inn for mother's day brunch. This is the only place to go. If you want breakfast brunch or dinner brunch, this is the place. Chef Jeff and his staff did a wonderful job. Pretty much anything you wanted to eat. If you go away hungry , it's your own fault. Will be going back next 5 or 10 years. Thanks Chef Jeff
Great spot close to dinosaur provincial park and some dark sky areas. Nice hotel, clean room, friendly staff, big shallow pool with high ceiling. Breakfast was great, the individually packaged items were handy. If we are ever in that area again we will stay again.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at this hotel, it was surprisingly clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was nice, and it had everything you would need. Unfortunately my only con about the room was the shower, we were in room 312 and the shower did not work very well, we had issues with it spraying the ceiling and going everywhere. It was an interesting experience but still overall, I liked this room! Hopefully they can fix the showers, because other than that you can tell they have done a few upgrades throughout the place. The breakfast they had here was fantastic! They had many options, and not a typical buffet style, which I really appreciated, you can see more details in my photos. It was really nice and we enjoyed our free little breakfast. My final comment, is a con; unfortunately the elevator was a bit terrifying as it made noises like it was about to break each time it took us to the third floor. However we are still alive I do recommend staying here overall, I would come back to this hotel if I come back to Brooks! We had a good time here!
En route home to BC, we decided snow and an overnight low of -15C was too cold for boondocking in our trailer so we booked into the Heritage Inn. It had everything we needed - hot shower, comfortable beds and lots of space to spread out - and very hospitable, welcoming service. A good hotel and excellent value. Breakfast was basic but a great bonus. Thanks for allowing us to check in early and check out late. We really appreciate it!
The room is well equipped and clean. Breakfast was pretty good however it is not necessary to cool down the breakfast room to 10 degree Celsius... :) The elevator bumped every time at the top floor, it is a little bit frightening.
